Whether you choose us for your wedding ceremony or your wedding ceremony and reception, we want it to be the most memorable day of your lives. With its breathtaking views and unique ambiance, our exquisite location will enhance your special day in ways that you will cherish for generations.

We get many inquires regarding the typical cost of a wedding held at The Manor. Package cost varies widely depending on season, the size of the group and the various amenities selected. We recommend that you or your event planner discuss those amenities with our on-site event coordinator. Describe your dreams for a perfect day....and we will help you make it happen!

Engagement photo sessions begin at $1,500

Bridal shower packages begin at $2,000 Manor house, by the pond, or the tri-state mountain top view

Mid week wedding packages begin at $3,000 Tues -Thur.

Weekend Day of Wedding packages begin at $5,000

Weekend Nightly packages including 1 house rental begin at $6,000

3 day Weekend packages begins at $8,000 Fri - Sun . You are the sole renter of the total property including venue site plus both houses

Pricing shown is intended as a guideline only; Thee Manor reserves the right to adjust pricing in relation to season and other factors. Please contact a representative for more information. Pricing can fluctuate until such time as a contract is signed.

Some examples of the components of a popular package:

The use of the site for a group of 250; Friday thru Sunday
A "Century Style" tent set up on site. Sized to accommodate your group.
Site amenities include an on-location bathroom, valet parking, and full assistance from our event coordinator and staff before and during the event.
A one night stay at The Manor for yourself (bride) and your Maid of Honor or assistant(s). The Manor itself accommodates a total of 6 in addition to another home on the property that can accommodate 8.

Custom selections with catering and choices in furniture, table settings, lighting, music; every aspect is customizable to suit.

A Horse-Drawn Carriage....Special Themes....

These and many other enhancements are available. There are two Homes on the property; both within easy walking distance to the mountain-top wedding site. The two homes offer comfortable accommodations for up to 14 people. Inquire about reserving both homes for your wedding party.

Other Considerations

50% Deposit required at the time the event date is reserved. Initial deposit is non-refundable. Full payment is due 60 days prior to the event day. More details pertaining to the contract signed when reserving The Manor are available on request.

The Residences at Thee Manor

The main home at Thee Manor appears at the left below. Another home on the property shows at the right. Selected packages can include the use of one or both of these homes. In addition; many of our packages include use of the grounds from Friday thru Sunday; so you and your party can settle in and enjoy the ambience of the grounds before and after the ceremony.
